Privacy and cookies

What we collect

This website has no accounts and does not store enquiry forms. When you tap a WhatsApp button or use the dates bar, your message is written and sent from your own WhatsApp to ours, so WhatsApp's terms apply to it. We use what you send us only to reply, to arrange a stay, voucher or partnership, and to keep a record of that conversation.

The Meta pixel

With your permission, we use the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure our adverts: which pages are viewed and whether a visitor taps to enquire on WhatsApp. It sets cookies and sends this activity to Meta, linked to your browser. Until you choose Accept, the pixel is held back from setting cookies. You can change your mind at any time with Cookie choices in the footer.

Other cookies

We remember your cookie choice in your browser so we do not ask on every page. The site does not use any other tracking or advertising cookies of its own.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our using it. Message us on WhatsApp or phone +27 82 068 2626 and we will deal with it. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
